How long will delivery take?

We use Australia Post Express Parcels, therefore depending on the area you reside delivery usually takes between 1 to 4 working days.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once we receive your order we fully charge your BeSafe Personal Alarm, once your device is charged your unique SIM Card is added and programmed with the phone numbers you allocated.
This ensures your BeSafe Personal Alarm is fully operational prior to you receiving it!
You can log into the BeSafe website to change your allocated numbers at any time, and your device will be reprogrammed over-the-air.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes you will receive an Invoice via email immediately after you complete your order
